Benoit Paire comes into this one off a convincing win against Fabio Fognini(27). Tomas Berdych is continuing his march through the ATP Rankings and validates his 1.07 favouritsm. Berdych is clearly the better tennis player, but theres more to it than just paper records. History will show that Paire prefers the pace difference in comparison to hard court matches and plays the back hand drop shot better than most(Including Berdych). In a game where there should be a lot of backhand rallies, I can easily see Benoit covering the giant handicap headstart...

Number 10 up against number 80 in the world in this one. The old horse Petkovic retired early in her last match but is cleared match fit and ready to play today. Rogers is a shadow of her old self losing 12 of her 15 games this season and doesn't seem to have much motivation left. Should be a cake walk for Petkovic here..
